Business Credit Card Defaulted

i had a business credit card that i defaulted on. the business was incorporated. they somehow attached me personally. how can i get this fixed?

I would first read the agreement entered into with the credit card company - looking for language holding you personally responsible.

If there is no language holding you responsible, you would have to file a motion by Order to Show Cause to vacate the default judgment. The motion is based on 1. you do not personally owe the debt and 2. you were never served with the summons and complaint.
