credit judgment on me

Recieved a retaining notice of

garnishee which put a hold on my funds in my bank account.Which is a very small sum, Can they hold that money if I live only on a Gov. pension?

If the judgment is valid, they have a right to place a restraining notice on your bank account. The burden is on you to prove that the judgment should be vacated. If you need further assistance, you may contact me via email.
