If you were a defendant in a civil action for a debt and failed to respond to the court papers, there could be a civil judgment against you. A creditor holding a civil judgment can file a notice of restraint against your bank account, resulting in the seizure of funds.

If this happens or has happened to you, I can help you file a motion to vacate the judgment and access your bank account to make withdrawals.

Good luck!
