Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Debt removal off of credit report
My question is:

Are all DEBTS by law required to be removed from ones CREDIT REPORT ? Does this include STUDENT LOANS AS WELL ?
Please let me know.

Re: Debt removal off of credit report

Why should a debt be removed if it is owed and legitimate? If it is in dispute, contact the credit agency and advise them of it.
