Doctor's health Insurance checks

My sister is a General Medicine Doctor. She gets paid from Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Empire Plan, Medicare,etc. Her Ex Landlord has a Judgement againt her for unpaid rent.

Can he use that judgement to put a lein on the checks she recieves from the health insurance companies?

yes, but it would take quite a bit of work and investigation, depending on how the judgment was obtained, you may be able to file a special motin to vacate the judgment or negotiate a settlement which woud include a payment plan if you so desired, this area of law does happen to be one of our specialties, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination.
