Frozen bank accounts
i have a Granishment of 10 percent of may pay, now attorney froze a joint account with me and my father.is there anything i can do to unfrezze this aacount as i need it to pay my fathers day to day bills

the best you can do is to try to vacate the judgment in court (go to the clerk, ask them what to do)and if the acoutn $$ is you dad's, yopu can have a hearing on that issue.
