Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

Can someone with a judgment against me garnish my wages if I have a UCC1 which includes real property including wages?

I don't believe you can have a UCC1 that covers wages. If one was to try to become judgment proof by liening ALL assets including future assets such as wages I would think that would be unenforceable. Nice try though.
