Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

i am owed 30000, have not be paid any money in a year. i have a not signed by the person who owes me the money. where can i go to take legal action to get my money without a lawyer as i cannot afford one thank you

You need to go to the county clerk and file an action on the note in supreme court. You will lose without an attorney.
