Payment Agreement
I have been served with a civil judgement. The law firm agreed to allow me to pay 100.00 monthly but can't do this without knowing where the payment is coming from. Is this normal procedure?

Tell them the $$ is coming from you and you will pay them w/ money order. Then do so.
If you send your check and later default they will have the info to quickly freeze your account.

Nope not really. The agreement is that you send the money...if you default they get a judgment...the source of funds is not necessary inthe agreement...but they may make it a condition of getting the agreement.
