Promissory note
I have an Installment promissory note with someone who has to pay a monthly sum of $800. He has been short on a lot of his payments, by roughly a 100 dollars or so and has even missed a payment and I have let it slide. I was wondering if I take him to court, may I claim that money I have been shorted?
