Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

I recently received a judicial supboena to present documentation for my spouse who has a judgement against him. Everything I own (real estate, stocks, funds, CD's) are soley in my name and always have been. He has been incorporated for with his construction business for over twenty five years and the last year has been very difficult.

I understand I am liable to appear at the plantiffs attorney's office to produce many documents. My question is why would they want to see all of my personal assests if he is not listed.
