Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

I was served papers by county court

I was given papers from the county court that i am being sued by a credit card co. for unpaid debt. What do or can i do. I owe 6 different creditors over 50k and cant afford to pay any of them. I pay my mortgage every month and it leaves us with about $400. a mo. for everything else. Married with 3 kids and 1 more due soon what can i do because i cant afford to pay anything.
