sued out of state
I live in NY and never lived in any other state. Today a collection agency put a levy on my bank account.
I believe they got a default judgment in some other state. I don't know where.
--name removed--S. I believe its from a credit card that was used in a failed business.
What can I do ?
I would like a fair hearing in NY.
