15 year old bus girl

A bus girl at a local restrant has accused me of ''touching her ass'' while leaving the resturant. I am friends with the father and know her from playing ball. She just got this job a few weeks along and we frequented the resturant even before she was there. The particulars of the incident are that my significant other and I were leaving when we stop to talk to a few friends. The girl in question was walking behind me and poked me on the shoulder on the way by. I wheeled around and swiped at her back. I made contact lightly as it was just a swipe. Thinking nothing of it I proceeded to talk which lasted about 2 mins. Then I walk towards the door by myself and was confronted by another waitress saying ''listen buster I don't want to see you grabbing any bus girls ass'' to which I replied I didn't grab her. She replied '' I saw you''. I walked out without saying any more. Today 5 days later (in her school) she said to someone that I was going to be arrested. I am kin of sick obout the whole thing. What are my options?

Your best option is to have a lawyer contact the police and/or D.A. - to advise them you are represented and prevent any questioning without the lawyer being present.
