aiding and abbeding
how does it work if you are told you are being found guilty of aiding and abedding a criminal?? my boyfriend was cought in posession of stolen car, and i was picked out of a photo line up as being his accomplice, what are my rightsd and what can i do about this?? if i give a statement about my involvement under his influence does that hurt him, also how does that affect my case?? also would this violate my probation.. i am on for a class a misdamenor.. barrowing a car w/out the intent of returning.. he has a prior record with 1 violent felony and like2 non violent.
