need help answering questions
how does some one get charged with a crime when there is statements from other party tell court system that the other party had noyhing to do with crimal acts

This can happen in a myriad of ways. But rather than try and think of how this happened, the better question is, How do I get out of this situation? The next question is, Do I need to proceed to trial, with witnesses and documents and evidence?
