There is a very good chance he will be charged with crimes of theft and or possession of stolen property. In either case, it would be highly recommended to retain an experienced lawyer to defend him and preserve his rights in court. It would also greatly increase the chance of lowering the charges or a possible dismissal if warranted. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases and reasonable fees, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. Robert Evans Robert S. Evans esq.

He will be arraigned ,the charges presented,a plea entered and then he will probably be released without bail.He should then retain a competent criminal defense attorney to protect his rights and future interests. I handle matters such as these on a regular basis. He may contact my office @ 7188340087 for a free phone consultation.
