i was charged with criminal mischief back in 08 i went to court the first time and never went back i then had a bail jumping charge for not coming back i vouluntarily turned myself in spen 54 days in jail to clear the bench warrant but now have to go to court for the bail jumping what are my odds of oing jail time i have no priors first time offender
