conditional discharge upgrade to an unconditional
how do i get a conditional discharge upgraded to an unconditional discharge without insulting the judge that imposed the sentance? i need an unconditional discharge,so i can go into the national guard.

The matter can be modified by petitioning the court . It is usually not a complex matter, especially considering the excellant reason you have for wanting the change. I assume this was a criminal matter and the conditions included a time period with no problems with the police. And that time period has not yet expired.
