NY drug laws apply state-wide. The county in which you are tried is based on the discretion of the DA and the Judge.

It is possible to get a change of laocation (venue), but this seems an unlikely example.

There is state wide jurisdiction on all criminal offenses. You may however have a defense worth considering or the possibility of a plea bargain. If that is the case feel free to contact my office located at 26 Court St. in Brooklyn N.Y. and I will have a consultation with you. You may E-Mail me at [email protected] with your phone # and I will discuss the situation.
