Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
drug posession
he was in a friends home. the firend sells drugs from the home. they raided the apartment and my husband was there. he did not get caught with anything on him but has been incarcerated the whole wekend and has not yet seen a judge. They are tryi ngto charge himwith posession with the itent to sell. but was not caught with anything. What actions should we take. the other gentleman he was arrested with was seen by judge about an hour ago and my husband wants to know why he was not seen yet?

You need to consult & retain an attorney asap. The charges he is facing could be very serious.
