Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Early Release from Probation

I got a 3 year sentence for a dwai and weapons possession. I was convicted on a misdemeanor weapons charge. My first Probation officer(PO) said i could get off probation in a year and a half, if i stayed clean. I have had no arrests no violations did everything on my probation sheet. I got a new PO and he says i cannot even get a license for 3 years. He won't even work with me. I feel it's because he brought up the fact that i don't believe in god and he feels i should, and i should go to church. since a few conversations about church he sees me in a different light. and the reason i mention this is because i think this is the reason he won't put in for an early release from probation. he want's me to get a job, but i am on social security disability. I don't think he knows what disabled means. he still thinks i should work. I can't even talk to him anymore. Can i go over his head to his superior or write a letter to the judge asking for early release. any advice would be appreciated or if you need more info let me know

Re: Early Release from Probation

Criminal Procedure Law Section 410.90 provides for an application directly to the court where you were sentenced, for early release from probation. I had one granted this year on a felony in Supreme Court, Kings County.
