Re: Election LAw

I would suggest that you go to the library on the campus of your nearest law school. If you're not close to a law school then you may try a local public library although the selection of legal materials will not be the same. I took the time to locate the two case citations you will need to find the cases. If you print out this page and take it to the librarian he/she will be able to assist you futher.

1. Sherwood v. Albany County Bd. of Elections, COURT OF APPEALS OF NEW YORK, 94 N.Y.2d 754; 722 N.E.2d 507; 700 N.Y.S.2d 427, October 26, 1999, Decided, DECISION WITHOUT PUBLISHED OPINION

2. Sherwood v. Albany County Bd. of Elections, 85742, SUPREME COURT OF NEW YORK, APPELLATE DIVISION, THIRD DEPARTMENT, 265 A.D.2d 667; 696 N.Y.S.2d 287; October 14, 1999, Entered
