execive bail
is $7500 to much money for bail?
facts:
1.my brother is an indigent person
2. the crime being charge is criminal intent by volation of order of protection (i.e, email)
3. he has a legal aid that is helping him but i think sahe is incompetant

Re: execive bail
Bail is determined usuing a number of factors. His ability to pay is only a small part of it. Among the considerations the underlying charge in the Order of Protection, his failure to appear in any previous court appearance, roots in the community and family, etc.
