what can happend to a person that was driving with a susspened lincese and give a false name to the police.also this person si ilegal in this country.

Generally most driving without.a license charges end in a violation, instead of a criminal conviction... As far as being illegal, your biggest concern should be as to if the person is held by the court, or released on the first day before the judge... If held, immigration may become aware of him and may put a hold on him and deport him.

It can be a misdemeanor or felony depending on the # of suspensions . Also , there could be a charge of Criminal Impersonation .
