im on felony probation got open container tickrt in car was not driving or drinking no drugs what to do????

Get an attorney to assist you but this should not seriously effect your probation. You should call your probation officer immediately and report it yourself. Don't allow them to find it out another way. Be proactive and call them. They will respect you for it.

Under the rules of probation you must report any police contacts or else that is a violation of probation. Unless you violated a curfew or the person you were with has a criminal record you should not be in trouble.
