Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
My fiance was in a conflict of argument with three other guy's and they jumped him infornt of many
people downtown, he is convicted of Weap/4 because he cut one man slightly nothing happend to the man he only had stiches done? He is on parol but he his youth offender and is now 25yr.
