My freinds contacted at&t and said that he did not authorise these payments using his credit card.I havepaid him in cash so i can use his card to make these payments.What can happen to me if i cant prove this in a court of law?

You can be charged with identity theft, larceny, along with several other charges, most of which are felony's. You must talk to an attorney immediately and get someone on your side. It could go very badly for you.
