My friend and I have been charged with Petit Larceny. When we were arrested, we submitted statements admitting our guilt to the police. We had a court date, and attempted work out a deal with the DA but the representative from the DA's office didn't have our information on file. So we got an adjournment and have a new court date coming up next week. My question is what kind of deal should we try to get from the DA's office? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
