gang assault 1st degree

6 of us were charged with 1st degree gang assault and only one of us put their hands on the victim. We're all faceing 5-15 years in state prison..Is this likely to happen?

Each Defendant must have their own attorney to prevent a conflict of interest - get your lawyer now - first one gets preferential treatment by the DA.

Yes you can get at least 5 to 15 years in jail. The law presumes you all acted in concert - and used fear as a method of reaching a goal of gang assault.
