what is the possible consquence of 2nd degree forgery and 2nd degree grand larceny?

One is a C Felony and the other is a D Felony. The resolution depends on many issues including the facts and your prior criminal history. It may be anything from dismissal to a misdemeanor to probation. Really, you should discuss your case with an attorney.
