Hello im going to my second court appearance for unemployment fraud i owed 1488.00 and i paid it all back is it possible for them to give me probation since i have 0 criminal history

Depending on what County you are in, you should do better than probation. I represent someone who stole over $8,000 in unemployment money and he is going to get a conditional discharge. Feed free to contact me.
