Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

i was indicted as well as my co defendent on criminal impersonation in the first and unlawfulimprisonment in the second now my co defendent is recanting his statements and want to admit he did what he is charged with an i did not know or conspire with him to commit any crime . with that being said how likely is it that i can beat this case only evidence is his tetimony and the c/w
