jury at trial
how many jury members at trial have to say not guilty for you to get a not guilty verdict? if there is one person who says not guilty are you still convicted guilty cause of the rest of them?
Re: jury at trial
In New York, a jury's verdict must be unanimous. If there is any split among the jurors, the judge will ask them to continue deliberating until they reach a unanimous decision. If they become hopelessly deadlocked, the case will be re-tried.

Criminal Jury verdicts in NY must be unanimous..... any single juror can prevent a conviction.
