Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Some kids tried to break in my home at 1:15 a.m. I heard them trying the front door. I woke up and interrupted them They ran off. I have since found out who at least one of them is and I know where he lives. Is it legal for me to post flyers about this incident and his picture (taken from Facebook), license plate number and description of his vehicle.
