Mistake age
if charged with pl 130.20 pl 260.10 the age 17 female vic
age 14near15 can you use the mistake of age or simalar age defence in new york. where both had history of being together more than once

You need to talk to your lawyer. If you don't have a criminal defense lawyer, you need to get one as soon as possible. If you cannot afford one, call the County Public Defender's office and schedule an "intake appointment." If you can afford a lawyer, hire someone with real criminal defense experience, NOT someone who just claims to be an ex-DA.
