petit larceny
$14.00 worth of bandages, gave back did not leave store. What can happen and should person admit and take medicine. What should happen? court date is set.

Generally, if this is your first offense everything should resolve itself without a conviction. However, this is a misdemeanor--a crime. Thus, you should be represented by an attorney.
