Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Posession of a stun gun....legal, illegal?
A person was pulled over.... the officer checked the car and found an stun gun in the passenger side. Passenger at first admitted no wrong then confessed as the stun gun being theres. Person was then released on a $50 bail. Does this person face jail time even though they have no criminal priors and if so how much jail time and if not what are the alternatives?
