Probation Violation-minors ages 12-18
My nephew has probation violation in Orange County, NY (Wallkill). He knows he has to go back and rectify this situation; yet as a concerned relation, I need to know what kind of penalties he's looking at right now. He is 18 now, but has had probation since he was 17. Will these penalties stand as it is for minors or will it transfer over to an adult penalty?
