Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

If the gun was loaded the occupants will be charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree which carries a mandatory minimum of 3 1/2 years in prison for possession of a loaded firearm. There may be issues with the legality of the stop. Speak with an experienced attorney
