In a rape case, what if the alledge victim admits that the prosocutor ask her to change the time of the incident so that it fits the time that the acused would have time to commit the act? Althought the alledge victim signed a statement swearing that the time she already gave is the time of the act.

If you can prove that the prosecutor told her to lie and she will admitt it, the case shold be dismissed.
