Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
i was recently arrested for prohibited sale of alcohol. i was at a bar with a friend, the bartendar did not id my friend who was 20. i paid for all the rounds, but was arrested for this.
i have never been arrested before. i have a clean background.
what do i have to do?
