Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I have a restitution order that dates back to 1995, the persons are no longer living can the court legally require me to pay this restitution even though it is over 17 years old

What makes you think that a court will require you to pay this restitution? More importantly, how could you pay it if the person you were ordered to pay to is dead?
