Plead not guilty and fight case. Your wife can be a witness for you. I hope that drinking alone will not be a violation of probation because even if you were not driving, if you had alcohol conditions on your probation, you still would be guilty of a violation of probation

If you weren't in the driver's seat, how did

he get away with claiming you were driving? Hire

a lawyer quickly.

Plead not guilty and hire a lawyer. If you cannot afford one, ask for Legal Aid.

I strongly suggest that you do NOT drive to court, even if you park 10 blocks away. They can follow you to your car and arrest you again for driving without a license.
