Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
can a summons get dismissed if the courts have my name wrong. I got a summons for disorderly conduct, though when i went to e-courts to see if it got dismissed, my name was spelled wrong. What does this mean for me

That is not a basis for dismissal. Hire a criminal defense lawyer. I often get these dismissed for other reasons.
