It would really depend on what you were on probation for. Was it for a felony? Was it for a felony drug offense? How many other convictions have there been in the past? If you only have one prior felony conviction and it isn’t for a drug offense the max would be 9 years (but a prison sentence is NOT mandatory). If you have a prior felony drug conviction a prison sentence would be mandatory and the maximum time would be up to 12 years.
