My Trial date has moved 4 times can they do this? and for how long ? I waved speedy trial. I dont want to keep moving for years to come is there a limit after weaving the speedy trial ?

Once you have waved the speedy trial rights the court can do whatever it wishes as to the trial date. If you wish a speedy trial again, you may move the court to reinstate that right.
