Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
i have had a warrent form not returning to drug ct almost 5 years ago i am now a general manager for an hotel for the past 4 years in a different ct my question is if i turn myself in is there a way i can get resentenced for a lesser sentence so i can keep my job i ahve turned my life completely around and im scared i will lose everything please help

You are at the mercy of the Drug Court. However, if you surrender and can show you have changed your life around, you will probably get a break.
