Re: i'm worried about my daughter

First of all, how old is your daughter? If she's a minor you have certain options, however, if she is over 18 and has been on her own for some time, then you would have to proceed differently.

It seems you don't have enough information either way to intervene, I suggest you do some investigation, on your own if you cannot afford a private detective. The fact that she can't even go apply for Food Stamps does suggest some sort of dysfunctionality, whether drugs or/and alcohol or amphetamines or crack is the root cause, in order to get her to treatment she would have to want to herself. What you can do is to try to open communications with her, let her know in no uncertain terms that you love her and are ready to help her. Don't give her $ for food, get her food, and tell your relatives not to give her money but rather to feed her when she comes around. Hoping that you can help your daughter, I am, your truly, JPV
