Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New York

I was a gay police officer for 14 years a discruntal ex lover made false alligation to nypd cause me to lose my job and pension later to find out ex and nypd both used entrapment on me can someone please help me on what should i do

The PBA should have provided you with an attorney to fight the charges... without knowing a lot more it's impossible to say whether you still have any options.
